Issue a receipt for the tickets purchased

Please use the email that is sent to you when you purchased your ticket as a receipt.

Change the name on the receipt

Please note that there is a field to enter the name for the receipt on the "Ticket Selection Page" when purchasing the ticket. If no name is entered, the receipt will be issued under the name of the organization listed in your registration information.

Want to have the receipt reissued

Please note that Receipts cannot be reissued.

Issue a refund for the ticket(s) as I can no longer attend the event

Please note that no refunds will be given.

Transfer the ticket to a friend as I can no longer attend

Confirm the QR code to be used on the day

QR code required for entry will be provided on your My Page approximately one month before the event. We appreciate if you could check it as appropriate.

Please enter the promotion code in the designated field on the "Ticket Selection" page during ticket purchase and confirm that the discount has been applied.

Want to purchase a group ticket

Due to the issuance of individual entry passes, please purchase tickets individually. *If you wish to purchase 10 or more tickets at once, please contact us via the following link: (https://sushitech-startup.metro.tokyo.lg.jp/en/inquiry/)

■Regarding group purchases (bulk purchase of 10 or more tickets)--------
Group purchases must be made via "credit card payment (one-time payment)".
*Invoice payments are not available.

【Procedure for purchasing group tickets via credit card payment】
①Please contact us via "Inquiry" ( https://sushitech-startup.metro.tokyo.lg.jp/en/inquiry/) if you wish to purchase group tickets. *Please specify the type and number of tickets you require.
②We will provide you a special credit card payment URL for group ticket purchases.
③After confirming your payment, the secretariat will contact you with an individual code for each participant (one code per ticket purchased).
Please distribute individual codes to participants who will be attending the event on the day of the event.
④ Each participant should individually register for the event on the Sushi Tech 2025 WEB ticket purchase page and obtain their QR code for entry. *Due to the issuance of individual passes on the day, individual registration is required.
We will provide instructions on how to use the individual codes after step ③ at the time of purchase.

Venue

Provide the details of the internet environment at the venue.

We plan to provide Wi-Fi for visitors in certain areas of the venue; however, please understand that we cannot guarantee the communication speed or other factors. If necessary, please bring your own pocket Wi-Fi or similar device. *Please note that the use of wired LAN cables is not permitted.
