Public Day gathers innovative content from SusHi Tech Tokyo 2025, offering opportunities to enjoy, learn, and connect with the future.

Notice
■Important Notice
1) The organizer may cancel the event or change the event period if any of the following circumstances occur. Additionally, during the event period, the organizer may change the operating hours or cancel or reschedule specific programs.
1. If the operation of the event becomes difficult due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, fire, the spread of infectious diseases, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
2. If the operation of the event becomes difficult due to requests for cancellation or other administrative guidance from government authorities, power outages (including planned outages), suspension of transportation services, or other reasons not attributable to the organizer.
3. If the organizer determines that it is difficult to operate the event.
2) The organizer will not refund the ticket fees. However, in cases where the event is canceled due to reasons attributable to the organizer or if the organizer otherwise deems a refund appropriate, a refund may be provided.
3) Regardless of the reason, the organizer will not be responsible for any incidental damages such as travel expenses or accommodation costs incurred by the customers.
Prohibited Activities
1) The organizer has established a list of prohibited items and activities (hereinafter referred to as "Prohibited Activities") within the event venue to maintain order and ensure safety.
[Prohibited Items at the Event Venue]
The following items are prohibited from being brought into the venue unless deemed necessary and given permission by the organizer:
• Dangerous Items, etc.
・Items that pose a risk of explosion, ignition, or toxic gas emission, such as explosives and hazardous materials
・Weapons, dangerous items, guns, swords, knives, scissors, and other bladed items
・Tear gas sprays and other items that could harm a person’s body or cause discomfort
・Fireworks, gas canisters, large quantities of lighters or matches, and other flammable materials
・Golf clubs, bats, rackets, and other items that could be used as weapons
・Any items prohibited by law
• Other Prohibited Items
・Animals (excluding service dogs, hearing dogs, and guide dogs), plants or their seeds
・Amateur radios, specific low-power radios, transceivers, and other wireless communication devices (excluding mobile phones and radios)
・Banners, streamers, and similar items
・Loudspeakers, megaphones, speakers, and other items that could generate noise
・Roller skates, skateboards, kickboards, and other items that could obstruct pedestrian traffic
・Any other items deemed inappropriate for maintaining the order and safety of the venue
[Prohibited Activities at the Event Venue]
To ensure the smooth operation of this event, please refrain from the following actions:
• Solicitation of religious beliefs
• Election campaigning
• Discriminatory remarks or behaviors towards others
• Defamatory actions towards others
• Invasion of privacy
• Sexual harassment and similar inappropriate behaviors
• Actions or behaviors that violate laws or public order and morals
• Smoking outside designated smoking areas
• Failure to comply with infectious disease prevention measures
• Disruptive noise or loud talking during activities requiring silence
• Excessive sales pitches or solicitations beyond reasonable limits
• Unauthorized collection, disclosure, or sharing of personal information
• Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the event organizers
2) If a customer's possessions or actions are found to be in violation of the Prohibited Activities, the organizer reserves the right to deny entry to the event venue or, if the violation is discovered after entry, to remove the customer from the venue.
3) Depending on the severity and risk of the Prohibited Activities committed by the customer, the organizer may restrict the customer's future access to the event venue.
4) The organizer will not refund the ticket fees to customers who are subject to the actions outlined in points (2) and (3) above. By confirming the above,
you agree to the handling of personal information and notes.
