Call for City Partners! Seeking Countries, Regions, and
Cities to Exhibit at SusHi Tech Tokyo 2025!
In May 2025, we will host Asia's largest innovation
expo, SusHi Tech Tokyo 2025. We are looking for city
partners to co-create this event, which will bring
diverse players from all around the world, including
startups, investors, large corporations, cities, and
students.
Who is a City Partner?
A country, region, or city aiming to collaborate with
the global startup ecosystem through exhibiting and
networking at SusHi Tech Tokyo 2025, with a goal of
achieving a sustainable world.
Application Requirements
・Exhibit in one of the following types of booths:
Pavilion, Half Pavilion, or City Booth.
・In principle, exhibit with multiple startups from
your own ecosystem (the exhibiting startups must
meet the following criteria, which will be verified
by the Secretariat).

・The business content must align with the concept
of SusHi Tech Tokyo ("Realizing Sustainable Cities
with High Technology").
・Must have a product or service.
・Must be able to exhibit at the booth for all three
days of the event.
・Must assign staff capable of conducting business
negotiations in English.

Please apply and choose a desired exhibition booth
(Pavilion, Half Pavilion, City Booth) via the application form below. Further details will be provided by the
Secretariat.
Application Deadline
Applications must be submitted by 11:59 PM on Wednesday,
January 15, 2025 (subject to change). Please note that applications submitted
just before the deadline might not be accepted. If you
do not receive a response from the Secretariat, please
contact us.
What is SusHi Tech Tokyo?
"Realizing Sustainable Cities with High Technology"
(Sustainable High City Tech Tokyo = SusHi Tech Tokyo).
SusHi Tech Tokyo is a Tokyo-originated concept that aims
to create "new sustainable value" by overcoming common
urban challenges through cutting-edge technology,
diverse ideas, and digital know-how.
