In April 2026, we will host Asia's largest innovation expo, SusHi Tech Tokyo 2026. We are looking for city partners to co-create this event, which will bring diverse players from all around the world, including startups, investors, large corporations, cities, and students.

Who is a City Partner?
A country, region, or city aiming to collaborate with the global startup ecosystem through exhibiting and networking at SusHi Tech Tokyo 2026, with a goal of achieving a sustainable world.
Application Requirements
  • ・Exhibit in one of the following types of booths: Pavilion, Half Pavilion, or City Booth.
  • ・In principle, exhibit with multiple startups from your own ecosystem (the exhibiting startups must meet the following criteria, which will be verified by Management Office).

  • ・The business content must align with the concept of SusHi Tech Tokyo ("Realizing Sustainable Cities with High Technology").
  • ・Must have a product or service.
  • ・Must be able to exhibit at the booth for all three days of the event.
  • ・Must assign staff capable of conducting business negotiations in English.
How to Apply
Please apply and choose a desired exhibition booth (Pavilion, Half Pavilion, City Booth) via the application form below. Further details will be provided by Management Office.
Application Deadline
Applications must be submitted by 11:59 PM on Friday, January 16, 2026 (subject to change). Please note that applications submitted just before the deadline might not be accepted. If you do not receive a response from Management Office, please contact us.
What is SusHi Tech Tokyo?
SusHi Tech Tokyo (Sustainable High City Tech Tokyo) is a concept originating from Tokyo that aims to create "sustainable new value" through cutting-edge technology, diverse ideas, and digital know-how to overcome common urban challenges worldwide.
