SusHi Tech Tokyo 2026, taking place at Tokyo Big Sight in April 2026, is Asia’s largest innovation conference. Organized by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, the event brings together high technology, diverse ideas, and digital expertise to create “sustainable new value” that addresses global challenges. We are seeking enthusiastic ITAMAE volunteers to help support and energize this global event onsite!

- Volunteer Activities
- As an ITAMAE volunteer, you will help manage SusHi Tech Tokyo 2026 during the three days of the event: April 27, 28, and 29.

- Eligibility

We welcome applications from students who meet the following criteria:
- ・Currently enrolled in high school, university, or graduate school
- ・Able to participate for at least one day
- ・Able to come to Tokyo Big Sight during the event
- ・Willing to take part in volunteer activities designated by the organizer
- ・Able to follow instructions and communications from the organizer
- Activity Schedule

April 27 (Mon), 28 (Tue), 29 (Wed), 2026, from 8:00 AM to around 7:00 PM each day
- ・Volunteers will work in half-day shifts and have the opportunity to attend event sessions during the other half (including breaks and waiting times).
- ・Participation for just one day is possible, but we recommend volunteering for two or more days if possible.
- ・Meetup events will be held at Tokyo Innovation Base in late February and early April—don’t miss out!
