QIssue a receipt for the tickets purchased

AYour receipt will be attached to the email sent by the secretariat when you purchase your ticket.

QChange the name on the receipt

AOn the Payment Method screen during ticket purchase, there is a field where you can enter the name for the receipt. Please note that the name cannot be changed after the purchase is completed.

QWant to have the receipt reissued

APlease note that Receipts cannot be reissued.

QIssue a refund for the ticket(s) as I can no longer attend the event

APlease note that no refunds will be given.

QConfirm the QR code to be used on the day

AQR code required for entry will be provided on your My Page approximately one month before the event. We appreciate if you could check it as appropriate.

APlease note that we are unable to accommodate requests to change ticket types.

ADuring your purchase, enter the discount code in the designated field on the Ticket Information page. Make sure the discounted amount is applied before completing your purchase.
*Please note that the discount code can only be used a limited number of times.

QWant to purchase a group ticket

AWe do not offer special tickets for groups. Please select the required number of tickets at the time of purchase.
*Tickets cannot be refunded once purchased, and resale is prohibited.
*If you wish to transfer tickets to others, please note that the recipients must also be registered as members.

QI would like to update the registration information, such as the email address, password, and other personal details, that were provided during the ticket purchase.

AYou can make changes from My Page

How to update your information:
1) Log in to My Page with your registered email address and password
2) Select “Member Information”
3) Click “Edit"
4) Update the necessary fields and select “Save”
5) When the pop-up message “Profile updated” appears, click “OK”
6) Your changes are complete.

QTransfer the ticket to someone else.

AThe purchaser may transfer his or her ticket to another person via My Page.
*Tickets cannot be refunded once purchased, and resale is prohibited.
*The recipients must also be registered as members.
How to Transfer a Ticket:
1) Log in to My Page using your registered email address and password
2) Select “My Tickets”
3) Choose the ticket you wish to transfer
4) Click “Transfer this ticket”
5) A ticket transfer URL will be generated - copy this URL and send it to the recipient
Steps for the Recipient
1) Open the ticket transfer URL
2) Click “Receive Ticket”
3) Go to “My Tickets” in My Page to confirm receipt of ticket
