APlease note that there is a field to enter the name for the receipt on the "Ticket Selection Page" when purchasing the ticket. If no name is entered, the receipt will be issued under the name of the organization listed in your registration information.

QIssue a refund for the ticket(s) as I can no longer attend the event

QConfirm the QR code to be used on the day

AQR code required for entry will be provided on your My Page approximately one month before the event. We appreciate if you could check it as appropriate.

APlease enter the promotion code in the designated field on the "Ticket Selection" page during ticket purchase and confirm that the discount has been applied.

QWant to purchase a group ticket

■Regarding group purchases (bulk purchase of 10 or more tickets)--------
Group purchases must be made via "credit card payment (one-time payment)".
*Invoice payments are not available.
【Procedure for purchasing group tickets via credit card payment】
①Please contact us via "Inquiry" ( https://sushitech-startup.metro.tokyo.lg.jp/en/inquiry/) if you wish to purchase group tickets. *Please specify the type and number of tickets you require.
②We will provide you a special credit card payment URL for group ticket purchases.
③After confirming your payment, the secretariat will contact you with an individual code for each participant (one code per ticket purchased).
Please distribute individual codes to participants who will be attending the event on the day of the event.
④ Each participant should individually register for the event on the Sushi Tech 2025 WEB ticket purchase page and obtain their QR code for entry. *Due to the issuance of individual passes on the day, individual registration is required.
We will provide instructions on how to use the individual codes after step ③ at the time of purchase.

【How to Change】
① Log in to "MY PAGE" with your registered email address and password.
② Select "Confirm/Change Registration Details."
③ Modify the desired fields and then select "Confirm Input Details."
④ Review the input/changed details on the confirmation screen and select "Register with These Contents."
⑤ Change completed.
*Please note that if you are in the preliminary registration (ticket not yet purchased), you will not be able to change your registration information. Please make changes after purchasing your ticket.

*If you are unsure of the registered email address, the secretariat will handle the change. Please contact us via the inquiry form.

QTransfer the ticket to someone else.

AIf the purchaser wishes to transfer the ticket, please update the registration information to the transferee's details via "My Page".
*Refunds for purchased tickets are not available. Reselling is prohibited.

② Select "Confirm/change registered information"
③ After changing the item you want to correct, select "Check input."
④ After checking the entered and changed contents on the entry confirmation screen, select "Register with this contents."
⑤ Change complete
